Hey everyone first post here, kind of a tester! We'll be trying to keep this blog as up to date as possible whilst we're away but I'm not sure how good Wifi coverage is in Cambodia!

For a quick taster, here is our planned (yet fluid) itinerary for Thailand & Cambodia:

Thailand

2 days in Bangkok, to see how we hack the pace!


then


Off to Ko Chang for a week, hopefully staying here:

Cambodia

A 3 week, whistle stop tour through Cambodia comprising:


  • Sihanoukville
  • Kampot & Kep
  • Phnom Penh
  • Battanbang 
  • Ending at Siem Reap, for the obligatory look at Angkor Wat

Finally we head back to Bangkok to fly onto Oz, landing in Sydney.So there you go, first post of many. Don't be afraid to comment on future posts!

    Koh Chang is great! Enjoy the 'roller coaster' ride as you climb up and down the mountains from the port to the main beach/hotel area! Call in Buffalo Bills Steakhouse and try the 1KG steak challenge! I did it only once, failing last year! :-(
