The hotel has a lovely roof top swimming pool which we have already taken advantage of. We are staying in the newer district of the city so have not yet seen many of the sights people have told us about but are heading to Khao San Road tomorrow and to visit the palace too! We have however had the most delicious dinner for less than £3 bought from some local street venders we passed so are throwing ourselves into the travellers lifestyle.
And for pudding we have a box of chocolatey Collons to get through.... mmmmm Collons.

You can great cocktails from Hotel Banyan and view of the city from roof bar_ I think it was 68 floors up.....
